As a participant in Test Drive Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd., I fully acknowledge the dangers and risks that may exist in the activities, as well as the unknown dangers that may occur during the trip, which I may face as a result of my participation, then hereby:
Agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation in the above activities.
Agree, for myself, my heirs and my personal representatives, to defend, hold harmless, protect, discharge and forever indemnify Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd., the trustees, officers, employees, agents, insurance companies, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action by reason of any damage to real or personal property or any personal injury or death that may be caused by my participation in the above activities.
Agree to obey the rules and driving laws according to the Road Transport Act set by the government. I agree to bear the errors and fines imposed by any government. I have read this statement, I fully understand it, I understand that it is the law set by Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd.
I agree to bear the loss for damage to the company's property due to my negligence and surrender the right to the company to take action against me. I understand and agree with Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd. to process my personal data for purposes related to products and activities organized by Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd. (according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010)
